Lorne's Cottage History
Lorne and his partner Jane were the previous owners of our property. Their dream was a string of cottages along the shore of Lake Temiskaming. Sadly, with his first cottage almost complete Lorne passed away. Jane followed not long after.
On our first visit to the property two years later, we were able to see the vision and appreciate all of the hard work Lorne and June accomplished. To be able to share and follow the dream of people we have never met is amazing to us. We had to name our first cottage after its original visionary.
